This conduct is both dangerous and highly unprofessional, especially for someone representing your company. The leaf guard system they installed is great - it strengthens the gutter and can't be seen from the road (and it's black, so it looks good from above as well. He also came by to confirm the measurements to order materials two days in advance of the installation. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and worked from 9:30 to 7pm to get the job done. Our house has a dormer and a detached garage so it was a lot to fit in.
