A friend recommended Marlborough Heating & AC. We called them at 7am and they came out within a few hours. They did not feel it was worth the cost to try and repair a 17 year old gas furnace and a new system was more cost effective for us. They were able to locate a top of the line furnace just right for the size of our house and came out at 8am today ( 1/14/22) and we had our system up and running perfectly by noon. They would have come yesterday, but they had a new install already scheduled for another family who did not have heat. They were very professional, honest, knowledgeable and put customer service for an emergency first. We had heat before tonight's deep freeze. Highly recommend this HVAC company.

Dennis came to our home, charged us approximately $175.00 for an estimate. The repair work is quite a bit of work and costly, we are well aware. He reassured me his company could do the repairs and even continue to service our boiler. After receiving the estimate, I called and left Dennis a message on October 23, 2017, to have Broad Brook come do the repair work. As of November 14th, 2017 I have yet to hear from Broad Brook. I can't say I am impressed with this company. I definitely feel Dennis had no intention of seeing through with the repair work.

I called after the two weeks and they would not give me any information. They asked if they could come and look at my system again to get a better idea. I allowed it. They asked for 10 days to get me the final quote. I called after 9 days asking for a quote. I was told they would call back. I never received a call. I called two days later. The office person told me the person who works on the quotes would call me back ASAP. I never received a call. I continuously asked for any idea of a number or even the type of machine they were thinking if. The person working on the quote told me they could not give me any numbers or even a machine type. They are not reliable, late to appointments, and do not respond. Do not work with this company. I would not want to rely on them for heating oil for fear of running out in the middle of winter without a delivery due to their ineptitude.

We received a call back right away and they sent out a technician that afternoon. He was clean, courteous & upfront about the plan to clear the clog and the companies pricing. After the snake didn't clear the clog he used a camera and then a water jet to clear our line. Unfortunately the problem returned very shortly after and having lost faith that Call The Bee was able to fix our problem we called another local company. They came out same day, cleared the line and charged approximately the same price. Feeling like we shouldn't have had to have another technician out so soon and incur another charge, we reached out to Call The Bee and spoke with them. Yes, we should have given them a chance to fix the problem instead of calling another company but as I stated, we'd lost faith in them. But, we , I, was wrong. They (Call The Bee) were more than responsive to our problem. Took the time to hear us and wanted the invoice from the second company we called. Lo and behold one week later a check for the ENTIRE amount of our second plumber (slightly over $1,000) was sent to us. Call the Bee truly did all they could to rectify the situation and leave us as satisfied customers.
