Dr. Annicchiarico and his Staff are AMAZING ! Barbie up front make sure to get you in ASAP if a concern arises. I was able to get in right away, and at a time that was good for me. I'm also very forgetful so the reminder text messages are a lifesaver (appointment saver) for me :) Dr. A. and the assistants make you feel comfortable, and they listen to your concerns and/or fears. Dr A. has a very refreshing chair side manner. He has a great sense of humor. He talks you through everything he is doing, and makes every patient feel like his ONLY patient ! I was very pleased with my recent cleaning. The front office staff was super nice as always and my hygienist was also nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I have decided to bring my oldest son here now. I feel he will get better teeth care here than his previous pediatric dentist. read more

1 is the lowest rating you can give but I wish it were zero. . I say my crown looks like an anvil I wouldn't be incorrect. It wasn't painless either, which was the motivating factor in accepting the crown as is. I didn't see the crown prior to the temp being removed. They never showed it to me prior to the temp being removed. In looking back I should have asked to see it and come back in 3 weeks when it was refabricated at the lab. I simply did not want to experience the pain of having the temp removed again in 3 more weeks. When Dr A pulled the temp off I was yelling in pain and had my hand raised for him to stop working. He ignored that completely. Three weeks prior at his office, that was the signal to stop if I felt pain as per his own instructions. I am a senior citizen, 64 years old and in decades of dental work I never had a dentist not immediately stop working when they saw me in pain. Never. On the first visit they give you plenty of time and act concerned but afterwards you are quickly asked to rate your experience on Google via text message. They never called to ask about the procedure, they just texted me, asking for a rating. They only called me after I asked for my records via priority mail. I asked for my records because I will never return to their office. It's nearly 4 weeks and I still don't have my records. read more

If I could give this dentist and his staff 10 stars, I would. Helpful, courteous, caring and professional are just a few words to describe them --and most of all, pretty much pain-free dentistry no matter what procedure you are having done! Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them. read more

Unfortunately I cannot rate the actual dentist himself and this review is strictly on the staff. I actually had high hopes for this place from the reviews that I have heard and read. Sadly, that was not the case for me. My fiance and I are on the same insurance through my employer. He originally called a month ago and was told that he could not make the appointment because he wasn't the primary person on the insurance. So I called, and they had an appointment available for a week later, but to do xrays only. I wanted him to be able to have everything done at once, so the lady made an appointment for a month out. I asked her over the phone not once, but twice if they were going to be able to fill his cavities this day, she assured me they were. So today, we go in, wait for about a half hour, and he gets called back. He was back there for about 20 minutes when one of the staff members comes out and pulls me back to an office. She proceeded to ask me who made the appointment, what were you told. So I told her that we made it for today so that he could get fillings done. She said that the person who made the appt. told me it was only for x rays, that was a lie. She told me my fiance said he was only there for pricing, that was a lie. We went back to where he was and he told her he did not say that. She said she would go get the dentist, but after about 5 minutes, we walked up front and she was just up there talking, so that too was a lie. Then to find out when she came and got me she originally told my fiance she was getting the dentist, so low and behold THAT WAS A LIE! I took 3 hours from work today, and not to mention he is in pain from 3 cavities, so this has truly been a waste of time. We walked up front and I told them we were just going to leave and not wait for the dentist, and on the way out the receptions yells "WOW". This was not a good first impression, and now I shall return to square one with trying to find a dentist. If you are considering coming here, I would strongly recommend to rethink your plan, unless you are wanting to waste your time and energy. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant is unprofessional and NOONE is on the same page as far as scheduling. read more

Dr. Annicchiarico advertises he's compassionate... That's a LIE. I had no tooth pain when I came to see him. He drilled into my tooth to remove some decay and put a cap on it. It caused me some pain. I waited hoping it would go away but it didn't so I told them and they gave me an antibiotic. It didn't work, I told them, they had me take time off of work (unpaid) just so he could treat me like some drug addict who just walked off the street and into their office. He clearly was disgusted with me practically yelling at me telling me that a pain killer wouldn't help, antibiotics would. Umm, I already tried that, thanks for wasting my time, you could have told me that over the phone. He also drilled into another tooth shortly after that first one and oops he drilled into the canal and had to do a root canal right then but couldn't do it all because he had another patient. He had me pay for that in full upfront and the work still isn't completed because now I have to have a root canal with the first tooth he drilled into that is keeping me up at night in tears of pain. He told me he couldn't do the root canal because the canals were too crooked, he wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. But when he initially worked on the tooth, he assured me he could do it if it was causing me pain. Now he's pawned me off to another dentist because apparently I'm some type of drug addict because I said I was in pain and over the counter ibuprofen wasn't working. Wow. I'm floored. I pray this next Dentist can handle me with care and compassion and do the right thing. I will never step foot in Dr. Annicchiarico's office again and I suggest you don't either!! read more

Well, I moved back to Florida in 2009 and had a great hygienist and dentist in New York so i was a little hesitant going to a new dentist. I can honestly say I had an excellent experience at A Glamorous Smile and have been seeing them since 2010. Dr. A has created a wonderful experience for not only me but my children as well. Barbie the receptionist is so welcoming and the hygienists take their time not only to explain things to me, but to my children 3 yrs old and 7 yrs old. The office was clean and didn't smell like a dental office if you know what i mean LOL and if you and the children feel chilly they even have blankets!!!! Thank you to Karen for helping us with our insurance and making sure we always get the most form our benefits. Not my idea of a good dentist. First, Dr. Steuer could not figure out how to give me a painless shot of Novocain. Even after speaking to Dr. Steuer about it, all her assistant did was pat me on the arm and say "Hang in there, you're doing great!" Second, I now have a bridge that hurts when I chew. After several visits to adjust the bite she gave up and sent me somewhere else. I'm still in pain more than a year later. I wish I could remove it. read more

I just want to say thank you to Dr. A and his staff. My family have been patients for quite sometime, but this was the first time my daughter (8 yrs old) actual had to have a cavity filled. Needless to say she was very nervous and scared. From the moment she walked in the door with me they treated her so gently. Talking to her and encouraging her the whole time. And yes I was allowed in the back with her during treatment. Joni and the doctor both took the time to explain everything to her and answer all of her questions. The explained the sleepy juice and all the things she would hear or feel. She was so at ease she was done in less then 15 minutes smiling and saying her lip felt funny. Before i Knew it she was getting her toy from the toy box and ready to get back to school. Thank you so much everyone for all the genuine care you gave to my daughter and me.
