There was little wait time for the appointment, however if there was a wait, the lobby was comfortable (a tad chilly, but not too bad). The staff was very friendly, warm, and knowledgeable from the moment I arrived to finishing the appointment. Dr. Grassin was honest and explained what he was seeing in my images and why he was seeing it. He answered all of my questions and calmed my nerves. While I hope I do not have to be a regular at Gulf Coast, I highly recommend going here. They clearly care about their patients and I appreciate the thoroughness and honesty.

After treatment in her office, I was left with ongoing pain from a crown she placed, bite issues with my implant crown, and unresolved concerns about the bone graft/implant-related work. I was also charged for a surgical stent that, to my knowledge, was not used during my treatment. When I raised these concerns and asked for the issues to be corrected or for a refund, Dr. Kvashenka refused and told me to seek treatment elsewhere. Another serious concern was records. When I requested my clinical notes and records, I was mainly provided X-rays, not the actual clinical notes/documentation I specifically requested. I am now pursuing this through the appropriate formal channels, but I am sharing my experience here so other patients are aware. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Kvashenka or this office.
