I called 40 minutes prior to scheduled needed pick up time . The establishment called me and said they would put together a billing statement and text it to me and arrange the transportation if i wanted to accept the contract price . I got the pricing and it was $10 . More than the previous quote from the other provider given so ' i accepted and set up the transportation. The van used looked new and was clean and fully equipped with the latest wheelchair and gurney equipment. The driver was friendly and talkative ' and helped move my mother from the care center into the van and upon arrival helped her into the medical center for her appt ..( was told to call him once done for pick up and return to her homecare center ) after appt ..called driver ' 5 mins later van pulls up and the return trip was provided. Paying the statement through the square app was instant with a texted invoice for records. . Im not saying priority rounds * can accommodate you 40 mins before an appointment but they came through for my mother and the service and driver where great. He provided good communication and transportation for that two-hour trip, and so when I needed a transporter to move my wife from Rancho Mirage to St. George, Utah - a long 7-hr drive and potentially troublesome trip - I went with Buddy again. His quoted price was the most affordable, but based on his previous work for my wife and me, I trusted his ability to deliver her to me safely. He was very patient and flexible while working with me on payment and my changing move date. Before transporting my wife, Buddy took the time to ask me questions related to my wife's favorite comfort zones for a long trip: what was her favorite music, videos, snacks, beverages? Did she prefer stops at a gas station or rest stop? What was her favorite fast food restaurant? Based on my experience with dementia, I felt Buddy also had experience with patients and what gives them comfort by his pertinent questions. I had to choose a very early start time and he arrived for pick-up promptly at 0600 after having to make a drive over an hour just to get there. Communication was great. His drive-time was very efficient and timely, and I could tell by my wife's state of mind upon exiting his very nice transport van that she not only enjoyed the long drive but had made friends with Buddy and his crew...incredible. They helped me move her belongings into the facility's lobby before returning home. Finding the right facility was incredibly stressful.
