We've been using Freedom Care for a couple of years now and I just can't say enough good things about them. They are responsive and reasonably priced and always reliable. But recently they showed just how much they care about us. With our dad needing a procedure that should've taken 3-4 hours and as it can it happen to tale 8hrs. Steve and Sandra stayed available and came back 3hrs after what was scheduled. When they told us that they weren't going anywhere until dad got home it was such a relief during a stressful day and confirmed our confidence with them. I can't say enough good things about this transportation service. They took my dad from rehab to his doctor's appointment and arrived right on time. The staff was kind, patient, and treated him with such care and respect. I even called afterward to ask about some paperwork. The woman I spoke to didn't immediately know the answer, but she told me she would find out and she actually called me back! That level of follow-up and professionalism means so much. All the staff is polite and professional my mom uses them for dialysis and gets attached to the all the drivers. She knows all about their kids and spouses and looks forward to them picking her up. 2024 December 09: Long story short, Freedom Care Transportation got me out of a pickle, last minute, short notice. Priscilla, Sandra and Steve worked together to help me move my disabled mother from Diamond Bar to Claremont. I was in tough situation and they made it better. I thank God for their hard work and flexibility. Mom is in a wheelchair and she was safe and comfortable in the minivan. I also rode along with Mom. They were prompt, professional and polite. The cost was reasonable at $170, considering that they went above and beyond what they agreed to do. I would use them again and I would recommend Freedom Care Transportation to anyone. read more

My mother-in-law is a dialysis patient and she is being picked up and brought home by a non emergency medical transport provider. We have had a number of company changed due to unacceptable service. Now, she is being serviced by FREEDOM CARE TRANSPORTATION, and we are very satisfied with the services they provide. They are always on time and call and inform us if there is any delay. I am so grateful I found Freedom Care Transportation.  Anthony and Norman were on time, friendly,  very gentle with my father. They never left our side. We live in a 2 story so they had to use a stair chair; pretty cool machine that made the ride down the stairs very smooth. I felt awkward to not have to lift a finger for my father while they were around. We rode in a beautiful and clean van, to and from his cancer appointment. Needed to schedule a transportation van for a hospital visit to the ER for my step dad. Due to the fact that he needed to be transported via a gurney, I wasn't prepared to schedule it for a same day appointment that was requested by his doctor. I found FCT on the internet one day when I had an emergency and needed transportation for my mother-in-law. We had to transport her to the local hospital for an emergency procedure and couldn't do it ourselves seeing she's bedridden. I spoke with Anthony requested a price quote and if he was available the same day. He stated he was full but if I could do it within the next 30 mins he would come right down. I booked his services and I tell you he was here in 30 mins ready to go. He was very professional, his vehicle was clean and presentable, and took all Covid-19 precautions needed to make this safe for him and my family. He immediately took my mother-in-law secured her in the vehicle and they were ready to go. I met him at the hospital...again very professional took her in and make sure they had all the information needed. He asked what time he needed to be back to pick her up and I stated we didn't know yet. He told me to call him when we knew and he would come back and pick her. He transported her back to the house. He kept us informed as to his ETA for the hospital and ETA for the home. I have to say...we've dealt with several different services such as his and I00+% satisfied! highly recommend him to anyone looking for transportation services. I needed last minute transportation for my husband who is in a wheelchair to a doctor's appointment. They quickly returned my call, verified they could schedule us, and got the appointment yet. With the current situation that is happening in the county/state. It is very difficult to find someone whom will transport and care for our residents that still need to be seen by their doctors . Not only is Anthony the owner from Freedom Transportation always on time. He is always available, and willing come take our pts to where they need to go with short notice. He is very polite and always has a smile but must importantly he is very patient with them and he does make sure they have everything they need, he takes his time and shows how much he cares.
