He came to look at the work, and we agreed on $300 for the initial job and for removing and disposing of the debris. He said he would come on a certain day, but he did not show up. Later, he said he would come within a day or two, but again did not come. Eventually, he told me the price was too low and that he would not do the job. I asked how much he wanted, and he said $400. I agreed, and we confirmed the price. When he finally came on the scheduled day, he said he would only do the job for $550. There was a small amount of additional debris, so I offered $450, but we could not agree and he left. Later, we agreed on $500, and he promised to come on Saturday. He never showed up and did not answer my calls or messages. At the very least, he could have replied and said he could not come or that he no longer wanted to do the job at that price. This is very unprofessional behavior and poor work ethics. I definitely do not recommend him.

Edges done perfectly, palms plucked of old branches and my grass came out looking like if it were transplanted from a golf course. Sprinkler heads were carefully avoided by his team and equipment and all the clippings, branches, and other debris were removed and made my corner lot the curb appeal it's accustomed to.
