If I bring a fast pass, why do they have to ask me my name 10 times, my date of birth 5 times. The re ask me several questions. I am trying to see the advantage of the Fast Pass for me. IT does take some to finish it before you get there. But the redundancy seems overboard. I am sure they are worried about all sorts of things and trying to be prudent/safe but really this is overkill. The actual act of giving blood took less than 10 minutes but still took around an hour. I know they can do better and hope they do. Their staff did a great job of getting the blood out once that started. I will keep giving but I hope they figure out how to streamline the process to help their staff take blood instead of doing all this paperwork that should be done with the fast pass.

The whole process was seamless and I was able to gain a slot for review very quickly. In person, it turns out, means you are in a room that is monitored by an instructor, remotely. He directs you through the scenarios and watches your performance on manikins. I was impressed! If you're in need of recertification for BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc. this is your ticket.
