We have used Cedo (pronounced Chedo) for a variety of services, and he always does a BEAUTIFUL and highly efficient job. He can do most anything, and he is a real craftsman who takes pride in his work. It's hard to imagine anyone coming close in quality of work, and while he is not bargain priced, I can't imagine anyone who doesn't appreciate his work and think it's a great value. It's tempting to price shop, but from the scary stories I've heard around Ellensburg, I will stick with the guy who gets rave reviews and whose work is clearly unparalleled. My sister told me to find a guy who's licensed and bonded. A Handy Guy fit the bill, and I'm so happy I found him. Cedo is top notch in every way. As a single lady who knows very little about home maintenance, I feel super safe and like I have a handy, dependable brother to count on for all things home-related. His hourly wage is a bit more than others I've seen, but the five star recommendations don't lie. I'm pretty sure you end up saving money in the end because he's such an efficient worker and everything he does is top notch - so you won't have to worry about having someone else come out and fix a poorly executed job. I have been building custom furniture since 1979. Worked in a cabinet shop on the east coast found my way out west in 1997 when I worked in a shop till 2015. Having remodeled dozens of homes and countless home projects this just became a natural move to start as a business. We have had great response from everyone we've helped and most folks are repeat.

Tim was absolutely happy to help. I'll have to admit, I was afraid what we wouldn't hit our deadline (how many contractors do you know that get the work done right on time?). Tim came through and got the work all done the day before the inspection. While I wouldn't recommend doing short-notice projects like ours was, I can say that I do recommend Tim and CWPR for getting the job done on time. Of course it doesn't hurt that Tim is a friendly and no BS kinda guy. If you have a bunch of renovation or updates to get done in your house or cabin, instead of finding a bunch of subs and managing them yourselves work with Tim and his crew to get the job done easily and quite quickly.

They had to bring in an electrician a few days later to install it correctly. Then they replaced about 20 feet of pressure treated lumber that was supporting a gutter. But they didn't replace it with pressure treated lumber. i wanted to paint the regular 2 x 4 to protect it and make it look better, but they said they had to install it and there was no time to paint it. They could have dropped it off the day before so Icould have painted it.

Doug is a consummate professional, incredibly polite, always on time, and does outstanding work. This all started during Covid19 when it was hard to find a contractor that would/could work. They were recommended by my local insurance company. I called them and they were there so fast I couldn't believe it. They started work that day and kept me up to date on what was happening. My tenants had only good things to say about their professionalism and the units are looking better then ever. They also clean carpets so I had them clean my run under my dining room table. Josh came and picked it up at my house and brought it back when he was done. I couldn't be happier and I'd recommend these guys to anyone needing their skills.

When I nagged the proposal was so short and generic. The price averaged 25% more than the ballpark range figures. AVOID something isn't kosher at this company, a real short circuit.

I figured a small house call with someone else would be okay, but as my electrician reminded me they are not all good. I have no idea how diagnosing and swapping one outlet could take 3 billing hours, but it did. Most electricians can cut drywall, run wire, and install a completely new outlet in less time.
