I dropped the car off in the morning, it was running fine (I had just driven it to Baltimore and back four weeks in a row). At 4:00 when I hadn't heard from him that it was done (he indicated it would be done by 6:00) I called to see the progress. He told me he was looking to adjust the idle which I told him I didn't want him to do (the car was running fine for the last 70,000 miles which I drove it). I had a rental car so I was in no hurry to get the vehicle. I called Friday to see if the car was done. He (John) indicated the car was done and he had called and left message. He did not, I have not messages on home phone or my cell phone. (First lie). When I went to pick up my car, I paid. I left and the car had no power (acceleration and stalled). When I immediately took the car back to tell him his attitude was like he couldn't care less. He said he did not adjust the idle or anything else that would affect the car's performance. The leak has been fixed but now the car is not drivable. When I asked him to fix it he claimed it had come in that way. (Second lie). It had not. I now have to take my car to my other mechanic to see if he can undo what his shop has done. I hope it can be fixed. I don't recommend anyone ever use his shop for repairs.

I was told about this place that their prices weren't that high so I called and ask for a price for an oil change for my car I was told $55. The next day when I went to drop off my car the woman at the front desk told me $65 I told her that that wasn't the price that I was told but I just went with it anyway because I didn't have much time to go and find somewhere else. When I went to pick up my car from the shop after getting in oil change my total came out to $80 which I wasn't expecting at all I was still caught up on the $55 price that I was told when I called the previous day asking how much it would be. I doubt I will be coming back due to the confusion and pricing and how long it took them to finish my car which was several hours.
