    I bring my 07 Cadillac CTS with a new engine ECM to be programed because they couldn't program a…read moreused one, I waited for hours in the lobby but the person who was doing the job had finished in less than 30 minutes but walk away leaving the computer he used to program the ECM on the hood of the car each time I take peak there's no one by the car I ended up falling asleep in the lobby at closing time he told me the car starts but died after and I told him that I had change the key cylinder for a more smoother key turn and the key isn't program for the car as yet he told me that's not the problem, and he will have to take a look at my anti-theft system for a couple hundred bucks more even though he already told me they work on a cars that old, he told me that he only took the job just to programmed the ECM, after waiting for over three and a half hours, with no good news on my car, he ask "how do I want to pay?" I get upset and had to leave the car and call for a ride home, the next day I went for my car apologize for being upset, because I realize that he was trying to pull a fast one on me I paid the money, and he accept my apology and told me I won't be able to start the car, he took me where the car was, I took my keys off the seat, pulled the programmed key from the key ring and placed it near the steering column beside the anti-theft antenna and start my car, upon starting the car I noticed the car had a bad misfire I told him about it and he told me that he only programmed the ECM he won't touch the car otherwise on top of the misfire the cluster was dead the windows doesn't work the wipers doesn't work, I had to drive home without knowing the speed I was going then I pulled up my GPS App on my phone that help me get home without going over the speed limit, I plaid around with it until everything start working normal again but it still had the misfire, I took the new ECM out and replaced the old one and the car runs very smoothly no misfire but the old problem came back where it used to start sometime from the ignition and sometimes I had to start it from in the fuse box, but with the new ECM it starts every time from the ignition switch only that it has a bad misfire, I had to buy my own programmer and reprogram the ECM myself, I wasted $155 for nothing just aggravation, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore, they are in it for the money only not the service, the lady at the service desk was very polite and displayed a good customer service.

    Terrible Sales Service. Explained to salesman we lived 3 1/2 hours away and wanted realistic…read morenumbers on vehicle before we drove down. He gave us good pricing and trade amounts and said he could make the deal and possibly give better deal once trade in was on site. I explained over the course of week that I did not want to make plans and drive so far only to be disappointed, and asked for him to make sure the numbers we discussed were accurate. He assured me it was a deal. After planning the family day, rearranging work schedule, and making the 3+ hour drive. WE WERE ONLY GIVEN 2/3 OF TRADE AMOUNT AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER THE DEALER DISCOUNT THAT WAS GIVEN OVER PHONE. On top of that the specific vehicle we were looking at was not even cleaned and ready...THE "NEW VEHICLE" HAD PET HAIR, COLORING SHEETS AND CRAYONS ALL IN IT (appeared to be a loaner vehicle).

    The worst customer service at this dealership, after having the vehicle for 3 months and traded…read moretheir vehicle, calling to cancel the extended warranties, I was asked many questions that were none of their concern, after requesting the 3 policies to be cancelled sure I can do that for you the finance person says and places it in a pile to be done, well 3 weeks later, still not cancelled, so glad I followed up, the policies were placed in a pile of other paperwork to get to at their convience, well that don't work, you were happy to have the signature to purchase all these policies but not concerned to help at the end. After 60 days, finally got the refunds. Don't wait for the owner to return your call, it's not important enough. I still have not received a call after leaving messages at 2 locations he was suppose to be at. Word of advice, don't purchase a vehicle or extended warranties from this dealership, you will be sorry you did. Won't be going there again. Dodge dealerships are the worst customer service business I have ever seen.
