Went back to pick it up and two of the letters had been messed up and the glass had been badly scratched. We brought it to their attention and they told him I had done it. We disagreed. It did not go in that way and they knew it. Cause if it had, they would have asked him if he wanted it fixed and cleaned not just cleaned. They finally agreed and "fixed" it for me. One week later the lettering they had "fixed" all came off again. They refused to do anything about it. This was a $225 Michael Kors watch. Do not trust them with your jewelry!
