5/5 - Always a Great Experience at Brockhaus in Norman Every time I've visited Brockhaus, the owner and the sales team have been extremely courteous, kind, and genuinely informative. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended. read more

I have a beautiful Ebel watch that stopped running. A friend recommended that I take it to Brockhaus Jewelers on 24th Avenue. I did, and they sent it to their repair man in Dallas, and I called after a few weeks, and got no information. I called again after 5 weeks. I was told it would cost $1,500. I asked what was wrong with it and was told the jeweler wasn't in. I called Brockhaus and spoke with someone who said, he'd find out and for me to call back. He did and was told it needed a complete overhaul! I told Brockhaus to get it back. I picked it up and a month later. I was at my local neighborhood jeweler, Journey Jewelers, and told them my story. Journey Jewelers suggested I bring in my Ebel. They installed a new battery, and they ordered 2 pins to attach the band and kept it a week longer and made sure it was on spot running. It's running perfectly!! Cost $102.00! read more

This might be the rudest I've ever been treated in my life. I do not know a lot about watches and I took three watches in to get a opinion on and this stores "Rolex guy" did not even introduce himself took a slight glance and just said "no". I understand that they might be replicas but I've never been so appalled by a persons lack of customer service and not even having the decency to pick my watches up and explain to me what he saw. I went to Brockhause Jewelry to have a ring-sized and another ring repaired. A young man waited on me, and as soon as he looked at my ring, he said: "I'm sorry, but we cannot size this ring." I was disappointed, but he told me that it was a ring made of material that he could not cut or shorten the size due to its black color. But he could fix the ring that needed repair. It only needed to have a stone pulled off of one ring and reset in the other. A couple of days later, I received a text that it was ready and that I could come by and pick it up. This is the greatest jewelry store! We went to, what is considered the best jewelry store in OKC to repair my husband's solid gold bracelet on his Rolex watch. They said it was ruined and he needed a new bracelet. They wanted an exorbitant $14,700.00 for a new one, including trade-in. Brockhaus repaired it for $49.00! Know your jeweler!
