Both Dave and Nora, the owners, were super friendly and helpful. Whereas the other places treated us as though we should already know what we needed and were less than helpful in answering our questions Nora went above and beyond in taking the time to walk us through everything we would need to know about purchasing and installing a stove. Additionally, we expected we couldn't get an installation until early spring since it was already late November. On the contrary...they said we could likely have it up and running before Christmas!
