The owner even spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to troubleshoot the problem so that I might be able to avoid a service call fee and to make sure the service person had the correct replacement parts when he arrived. When we determined what the problem was he was able to get the service scheduled for the next day. The service people were friendly, knew the equipement and resolved our issues quickly upon arrival.

I chose to purchase the grill there, as I thought (mistakenly) that a small specialty shop would provide the best service. When I started to use the grill this summer (2023), I noted that the igniter button was malfunctioning. I called the store and was told the part would be ordered, that I would get a call when the part came in and the part would then be replaced. I was given a projected time line of one to two weeks. When I did not receive any calls, I started to call every week or two and eventually learned that the part had arrived, although I had not been notified, as promised. I was told the part would be replaced in a week or two. Again, I never heard back from Joe at the store. In August, I started to call and leave messages for Joe, each time repeating the problem, my address and cell phone number. I never once got a return call. By September, I would call and be told "Joe is busy with customers, call back in 20 minutes". But every time I called back, I got the same message. Joe never once called me back and the part was never replaced. I gave up calling and sent a letter to the owner, asking for a response and a remedy. I never heard back from the owner. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

( not to mention the odor is overwhelmingly disgusting because of cat's),I understand they rescue, but there are products to combat that smell. I literally had to walk out before I got physically ill ) We were without a grill for over 8 months as they stalled on our parts, claiming they could not get them from the manufacturer. Magically, when we went to another dealer, our parts arrived within a week.
