The radiator was leaking and the vehicle was having trouble starting. I hadn't driven the car or noticed until once I had gotten there. I told them it was having trouble starting. The gentleman diagnosed the problem for free. After a bit they gave me a quote for the radiator. It was a good price and I would have paid it, but they wouldn't get the part until after 4pm. Which is fine, but it was starting to snow and the canyon isn't great for a rear wheel drive. I had to turn down them fixing the radiator. But the lady there gave me the company card, and expressed that if I got caught in the snow, to call and they would help pick me up and out of the snow at least.

Such was our evening on the way to Moab when we stopped in Price for some gas. We locked the keys in the car right at the pump! This was 9:30 pm. The Chevron clerk gave us the number for Helper Towing and we called to get the ball rolling. Then I called AAA to file a claim. The truck showed up within probably 15 minutes and the super nice guy had us unlocked in about 5. A little bit of paperwork later and we were on the road again! Great, friendly service and he showed up FAST!

I had to be towed in so I went to the local Ford dealer who looked at it for two hours could not find anything wrong. They said leave it and we will get to it in Two Weeks! I went to Tunex and I had two mechanics work on my truck immediately as they knew I was in a bind. They found all three problems the truck had with it and had me back on the road the very next day after they did two very thorough test drives to make sure it was repaired.
