My dealer back home arranged for a drop-in at the dealer in Grand Junction. Drove it to Grand Junction and presented myself. Dealer said they were too busy to bring it in and read the codes. Earliest they might be able to do it was next day, and I would have to leave it with them today. Yeah, Right. It's 10 degrees F and you want me to be without my vehicle. Talked to the service manager. No difference. Got him to call around to other dealers in the neighborhood. Closest one that could give me an appointment the next day was in Price Utah (2+ hours drive.) I drove up to Price the next morning and they diagnosed it under 15 minutes by reading the codes. Offered to order a replacement key FOB under warranty but they were back-ordered nationwide. 5-stars for Autofarm Price CDJR; no stars for Grand Junction CDJR!
