There seemed to be at least 4 staff members there trying to assist everyone, but it just wasn't enough. From start to finish, they were calm, organized, professional, and genuinely kind--exactly what every bride needs on her big day. I tested it before leaving the store and it worked fine. Of course, when I went to use it at home, it didn't start. I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.
