The delivery was prompt and they left the table and chairs quickly without suggesting inspection. Did not think to open table or chairs until day of which ended up being a slight disappointment. The table was warped in the center so much that any item placed on either end shifted to the left or right. The table also had lots of exposed wood which caused a hazard for splinters, pulls on clothing and exposed screws. We made the best of the situation but not ideal. Called the day of pick up to advise the rental of the table issues and instead of apologizing and offering to fix the table, they insinuated I did something incorrect. Must state we were not looking for a discount but more so suggesting they fix the table. Thankful we had the option to rent but would appreciate quality control. Have to say the chairs were perfect and no issues. Not a great first experience.

The motor has not even been wiped off and did not look like it had even been taken apart. I suspect they just filled the fluid and moved on. I called about it, and they admitted they did not check if the repair had been successful because they were too busy. They had my mower for three weeks and I am back to square one, minus some money. I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.
