I put a deposit down with her in November 2015 and told her not to rush we had time. Come February we had family members from out of state asking a million questions so we decided it was time for us to start our invitations so we could get them out sooner than later. I messaged Jeanine, told her I would send her an additional $500.00 to finish the invitations and get them to us. She was pleasant via email but she claimed her grandmother was sick so I told her to take care of her family concerns then get to them when she could. I appreciated the quick responses but now I believe it was all a fake act. Weeks passed and we kept in contact, she was about to start them but the ribbon was on back order so the delay continued. Because we were early I was passive about everything and I figured it was part of the process. Now it was April 15, 2016 and I get an email stating that a shipping label was created and the package was on its way. I was thrilled but after a week of no movement I was concerned. I contacted Jeanine and she reassured me the post office had the box, the label was damaged and she would resend the package (which was supposed to be 2day priority). Two more weeks passed and still no package, I was even more concerned and upset now. I called my post office and hers, they claimed the label was created but the box was never sent. To reassure me they were done, Jeanine sent me a photo (which reveled they were all the wrong color backing color!)I felt bad to have her remake them and at this point just wanted them so I had to report the package missing to PayPal. Oddly or on purpose which I now believe everything was a lie, the package was "found" two hours after I reported her business to PayPal. Once again, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I was happy the box was at least on the way. Two days pass and the box comes to me. I open it up and it was a pure disaster. Everything was falling apart, the ribbons were all different colors, the envelopes weren't addressed and they were all the wrong size. The tape and wrong color paper for the backing was falling off, bows were frayed, and some invites were bent and ripped. At this point I had enough. I couldn't believe all the hell I went through and how I believed her every time something went wrong. I was clearly played, lied to and walked all over and now out of $750 and wedding invitations too! She offered to redo them but at this point I had it with her business and did not trust her. Apparently she claims an intern completed them but my guess is that very well may have happened and they were rushed and never looked over- they were terrible. I would never order from this company ever again and I would recommend you find someone else that is more reputable before you give this woman your hard earned money. There are plenty of other companies out there that review and check their packages before sending, let along provide a bunch of excuses and lies along the way. Save your self the nightmare, go elsewhere.

She had me "pin" the options on Pinterest that aligned with my vision, and then she explained exactly what styles I seemed to prefer. It was an absolute no-brainer to hire Kerry to do the flowers for our wedding day, and we also ended up asking her to do the flowers for our welcome dinner. Throughout the wedding planning process, Kerry communicated with us clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, and took the time to go to our venue with us for a walkthrough to review our gameplan in detail. She made incredible recommendations, and we had very little "work" to do on our end to feel confident that Kerry (and her amazing assistant Carly Gonzales) had everything covered.
