My body is well past using massage therapy for pampering; I need it for relief from aches and pains. Out of desperation, I walked into Lemon Tree Massage for a same-day, 90-minute upper body massage. My shoulders and neck were feeling like concrete and they hurt. My massage therapist was very friendly, but she was not an expert in muscle anatomy. Therefore, the massage was not as helpful as I needed it to be. I paid $100 for a 90-minute massage plus a 20% tip. I tipped her for her effort and professionalism even though I left disappointed. She checked in throughout the massage for desired pressure, but she was definitely more accustomed to massage for relaxation versus therapeutic relief. A few more notes...There was no table warmer, which was fine by me, but you get the gist this is a no-frills experience. There is no neck cradle on the massage table; you're given a donut pillow. This place is located in the shopping center next to the Home Depot.

This was more of a "working" massage, with deep knots that needed some working out. The pressure was a little more intense than in past appointments but again, was needed. Will absolutely be coming back to this place. Remember, there is a small $2 service fee for credit/debit cards but I believe it's totally worth it. So happy with this place.

Very nice of them! Jessica was my massage therapist and I could not have been more pleased. I scheduled a 90-minute massage with her and from the time it began to the time it ended, I was relaxed, felt like I was floating on a cloud and to top it off, had a great conversation. I love the option of talking or not talking during a massage and never felt uncomfortable. One of the highlights was learning more about cupping and I already scheduled my next massage and will be doing cupping. thanks for being awesome!

I have been a Massage Envy member for almost 20 years. Tonight, I was unable to find a last minute…read moreappointment at any of their locations so I opted to try Elements Massage for the first time. The clinic, itself, I found to be a little less high-end looking than the competition down the street (where I am used to going). The trash cans in the women's restroom were both full, when I used it. There were chips in the paint (various areas). The masseuses' names were on laminated sheets above each room door. I don't know. It just felt lower-end to me than I am used to. The signage, too (up behind the front desk), looked a bit cheap to me. There was a female (who appeared to be a masseuse) that was expressing her displeasure to the front desk gals about having to check something and/or some after work chores that supposedly started today. She insisted that she had performed said chore(s) yesterday. Even so, the front desk girls insisted she repeat it again today. They further explained that they had sent a text to this gal yesterday explaining that this process or procedure was to start today. The masseuse who was clearly trying to get out of the clinic and go home replied, "Well I didn't read the whole text!" in an annoyed/frustrated manner. I didn't think this was proper/appropriate nor professional to have this conversation right in front of a first time client. They all HAD to know I was hearing every word, and they were well aware it was my first time at their massage clinic. I was thinking, "They should have added emptying the restroom trash to her chore list before she left." Massage was very good ... Hence the 4 stars. Pressure was perfect, and masseuse had a unique style I enjoyed with fast strokes. He was like a machine. It was pretty amazing. That said, I had asked for an enhancement when I filled out my intake forms (CBD Herbal Ritual), but, unfortunately, I guess nobody informed the therapist because I did not receive the upgrade. I have to admit, I had been looking forward to that, and I was disappointed by it's absence. I would have said something to my masseuse directly about this, but since I had never experienced an Elements massage, I didn't know whether perhaps that was something they waited to add towards the end of the massage??? Also, I had put on my paperwork to avoid my face and scalp because I tend to get acne troubles when I have oil on my face. The therapist confirmed this wish at the beginning of my massage, but he forgot and still began to do my scalp and face. After he had already started, he remembered. By that point, the oil was already present in my problem area so I gave him the go ahead to continue, but this was another bummer. Again though, over all, it was a fantastic massage, and that is what is paramount. Despite the couple of dislikes, mistakes, etc., they did not hold enough weight to give any less than 4 stars. I will return and give them another try.

Since January 2026, it's been nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone: * No one answers the phone * Voicemails go nowhere * No appointments available * Website showed "permanently closed" at one point But somehow... they kept charging my husband's card every month. After multiple attempts to contact them, we had to go through our credit card company just to stop being billed. Instead of helping, we received messages about canceling my account unless we resumed payments. We also have about $1,000 in unused credits with no communication on how that will be handled. It's honestly sad because this used to be such a great place. If you're a member, definitely review your statements. I hope they get things sorted out, but right now it's been a really frustrating experience.

What I got in return is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Since January 2026: * They stopped answering their phones entirely * Voicemails are never returned * Appointments are not available * Their own website said they were "permanently closed" Yet they CONTINUED charging my credit card every month. I called 6-10+ times with zero response. No communication. No explanation. Nothing. I finally had to block charges through my credit card company because they were billing me for services they clearly were not providing. Now, instead of fixing the issue or issuing refunds, they are sending threatening messages about canceling my account unless I resume payments. That is completely backwards and frankly unacceptable. I also have nearly $1,000 in unused credits that they have made no effort to honor or refund. Their explanation blaming landlords, payment processors, or other third parties does not excuse continuing to charge customers while being unreachable and effectively shut down. This is not just poor service--it feels deceptive. If you are a current member: CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS IMMEDIATELY. If you are considering joining: DO NOT. This situation has clearly affected many customers, and the lack of accountability or communication is extremely disappointing after years of loyalty. Sounds like everyone who has had the same "Hawaiian experience" as me should explore options for legal actions against this fraud.

The guy gave me a flyer of a new location and it is right up the street from where I reside. That is IMT. The owner and an absolute stand up guy named David (yes the beloved one like me lol) took me right in. We spoke in depth and I told him my issues with my neck and muscles. I also shared what the other "doctors" told me that I went to and I was still in agonizing pain, getting TPI shots that did absolutely nothing, sitting in waiting rooms, and then leaving with no exercises to get better. After talking with David I had to try because he explained everything without having to charge me or make an appointment. When I walked in David could instantly tell that I had some severe neck and shoulder issues before I even explained it to him. He saw the pain I was in and he gave me comfort and a trust that I knew he would set me straight and give me real honest feedback and the correct answer His doors were open welcoming in new customers, the place was and is very clean, he has coffee and water and I felt good going. Once I went to David he told me it will be a few sessions and set clear expectations with me. He explained in the most detailed ways I have ever heard of the body and muscles working together, even more than in anatomy class. He worked on my neck and shoulders pinpointing areas to target and relieve, gave me stretches to go home and work on, and took extremely good notes. This is so vital when dealing with someone's body and muscles and David gets it. What I like most is, one he is affordable for the work he does, two he cares and I mean he cares so much that if I am in pain the next time I see him he is that much more determined to make me better. Three, the knowledge of what David posses is unbelievable and absolutely incredible. He knows the human body and the muscles in and out and also decides to share that with me and his patients. David has and is HELPING me drastically. Better than these other ding dong doctors that give you drugs and waste your time. But not here. I haven't wasted a minute and he hasn't wasted my time. If you are in pain from stress or injuries or even need a correct massage, I seriously recommend going to IMT and speaking with David because he knows his stuff and will tell you the truth. Thanks again for getting me on the right path to good pain free health.
