He texted me the day before to ask me if I had an idea of what I wanted. I gave Jim some details of what I was looking for and some photo references. Today when I went in we talked in more detail, made some tweaks. He listened to all my requests and made some great recommendations and then went to work. 3.5 hours, I can honestly tell you this is the best cut and color I have ever had. It's was worth every penny I spent. My hair looks so heathy, shiny and suits my style and face. I'm honestly blown away. I HIGHLY recommended Josh to any and everyone.
