I ended up going into a bed I knew nothing about there was one lady that was very sweet wanted to help out the best she could and another lady that made it very difficult to even be in the same building. extremely insensitive, non the less my spray tan is uneven and splotchy, i'm very disappointed in the service and in the spray tan. I asked if I could go and exfoliate it off and be able to come back here tomorrow and redo it but instead I have to pay for two more spray tans Or get a membership. I don't wanna membership not after the experience I endured, The first spray tan was a complete joke the clear it does not work I left it on overnight and I was told that is probably my protein intake in why it didn't stay, Not only was I robbed once by this place but now twice. i highly recommend not going to sun tan city for your spray tans.

The original place I always got it is now no longer an authorized seller so I was off to find another seller. As I traveled to different areas for work, I would check salons for it & had no luck. Finally I emailed the company that makes it to find out where it could be located. In steps So Tan shop owner Abby Flavin! She emailed me back immediately that she could order it for me as she was the new authorized seller in the area. As my schedule is crazy & work keeps me swamped, she & I emailed back & forth for weeks while I found time to call her to order. She kept in constant contact, was super nice & helpful the entire time & called me when I said I was ready to order. I of course was busy with work & missed her call, she then text me from her cell to follow up & let me know to call anytime. Needless to say, I finally placed my order & she just charged me a small fee to ship it to me as I no longer live in that city. When I ordered it, I then found out she was the owner as I was saying how impressed I was with her customer service & wanted to tell her manager. If her salon is anything like her customer service it has to be the best in town! In a day when places live & die by their customer service, yet really good service is hard to find, Abby was an impressive reminder it is still out there. It seemed more focused on upselling than actually helping me figure out what would work best. The cleanliness also wasn't what I expected. The room I used didn't feel as clean or well-maintained as it should have been, which is a big deal for a place like this. It just didn't feel very comfortable or welcoming. On top of that, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and honestly wishing I had gone somewhere else. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I think it's important for businesses to know when customers have a poor experience. I hope they make some improvements moving forward.

For my eyebrow threading, the woman was very detail oriented. She took the time to measure my eyebrows from my nose to get them as even as possible. I have a really hard time getting my eyebrows to be the same shape and she got them the closest anyone has been able to without compromising the thickness. My daughter walked in with a bad haircut and dye job done at a different salon, that she was trying to grow out. She was hesitant and worried about getting it done. The stylist took the time to really talk to her about her hair goals, and what she wanted it to look like. She was honest with what she could do to fix it, and suggested what would make it look better. Her hair looks absolutely stunning. She has incredible highlights, with rich red undertones. The haircut is modern and looks like something out of a magazine. And I was super surprised at the very reasonable cost! My family has found their new salon home in the Springfield area. I felt like the stylist cared about how her hair was going to look and not just about getting the next client in the chair.

The color did not even cover my strands of grey at all. The owner didn't seem to have time to fix my hair so I ended up requesting a refund, which she did give me but wasn't happy about it like it was my fault the hairstylist did such a terrible job.
