He was friendly and jotted down notes in his book, and gave me a verbal quote for the work. There was no email or text follow up, so I reached out three days later to ask for a written quote, he said he was out of town for another 8 days and didn't have access to his book. He didn't reach out to me, so I contacted him three weeks later, he messaged back saying he didn't have his book with him, and he still planned to do the project but he was behind due to a storm. Another month goes by... I reach out again, asking for a date. He writes back, saying he doesn't have his calendar and is out of town again, but has availability in four weeks, and he would get back to me with a specific date "as soon as I get back, on the 17th." It's now three weeks after the 17th, and no communication whatsoever. Taking my business elsewhere.
