I started using Maid to Order a few years ago. The last year has been difficult to get good…read moreservice, follow up, quality cleaning and most recently last minute cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, complete lack of response to texts and pulled a no show today and kept my pre-paid payment. The lack of professionalism is met with snarkey remarks 'What happened in Vegas? Did you lose your house in a bet? Is that the REAL reason you are selling your house?' Talking on the job, bantering with her daughter, Ella, and refusal to 'do' certain tasks when asked like: make a garbage run, change my sheets, etc. have become all too common. Not to mention the foul talk used during work! And the 'cleaning' that IS done equates to squirting some sort of cleaner on mirrors, wallpaper, tile and woodwork leaving a white film. (Although asked several times NOT to use the cleaning solution on woodwork because of the spots it leaves) and NOT scrubbing the tub as I have requested EVERY time! These habits were witnessed by my ex fiance, neighbor, house organizer and real estate agent. (My real estate agent had to clean the bathroom when Amanda was done) If I could post a negative star I would. Save your money and hire professionals.

I've never left a negative review, experiences are individual. So, all I am going to say here, I…read morewould not recommend this company. Pricing is confusing and my house was not clean, let alone deep cleaned.

Seriously overpriced. $810.00. 20 plus years of using house cleaners and that is the most we ever…read morepaid. The cleaners showed up on time, were very polite and put everything back in its original place...that is where the excellence ends. They left all glass smeared and they did not clean under couches, beds or appliances. They didn't even clean the drip trays to the ice maker or Keurig. After they cleaned, kitchen counters felt gritty (they are granite so hide a lot visually). Not sure what went on there. A cubby above a kitchen bar was coated in dust. They moved slowly and were paid hourly. They vacuumed downstairs (about 2000 square feet of mostly uncarpeted hardwood), for 4 hours while they were chit chatting. I work from home in an upstairs office. After 3 hours of hearing them vacuuming and conversing (with vacuum turned off during chats,) I went downstairs and they stopped talking. After a few minutes of me being upstairs, it would start again so I went downstairs several times until my husband got home. They used a Swiffer (Wetjet ?) to clean the floors. In my experience that drags dirt around and the floors are Brazilian cherry so the cleaners should have been extra careful. If they cleaned so well it was worth $800 I would be singing their praises but wasn't even close to impressive. We feel ripped-off, so obviously not hiring them for regular cleanings.

They were very professional and did a fantastic deep cleaning. We will definitely be using them…read moremoving forward. Highly recommend.
