After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Quality of the cleaning was good but would not recommend based on poor business practices.

It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out. I stand by my review. I've attached some screenshots of our conversation which speak for themselves. The agreed upon day/time came and went, and he was a no-show and with no contact. I called and got his voice mail, and no returned call. That really sucks. I hope he's ok, but I'm obviously extremely frustrated after doing all the work to move everything around from 4 rooms, and set up my cats in a place where they are safe and out of the way.
