After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. The team showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were quick and much more detailed than I was anticipating. Couches were vacuumed, blinds were wiped down, the entire exterior of fridge was cleaned, microwave inside and out and all the cabinets doors wiped down. The house was already empty, so there was nothing to obstruct their work. I was in town a few days after they finished and was confused, to say the least. Windowsills were clean, but windows and the glass screen door were left uncleaned. Kitchen counters were not wiped off, but the refrigerator and freezer were clean. Backsplash was not wiped down, nor was the microwave. Vinyl floors were dingy. Because the property was going on the market, I spent about 2 hours finishing the job. I would have been willing to pay more for a thorough job. I didn't have time for them to come back and fix their work. Would not recommend.
