First, I have to say I took some time deciding to get my eyebrows tattooed. I was not impressed…read morewith some of the quality of work out there and was hesitant to go with something that may fade from trend especially since I go with a natural look which suits my personality and profession. I also desires an eyelash enhancing tattoo to help with one less thing in the morning. I looked into Ms. Grove's work and finally decided to call. I told her my thought was to go with filling in the more lateral part of my brows with a powder look however upon sending pictures and discussing my skin type, she recommended nanoblading. We discussed face shape and color however she was very clear this would be tentative until we were able to meet in person and plan out the tattoo. The website was easy to use to register for the tattoo appointment and her in-depth instructions were perfect for what was needed to get optimal color uptake and healing. The day of: Ms Grove welcomed me into her studio and made sure I was comfortable. Upon clarifying any questions about the intake forms, she offered me a blanket and she and I mapped out my brows. This started by cleaning the area and selecting the color that best suited my skin tone. This included my under tones and over tone. We discussed how long my brows should be to make sure I was comfortable and that the angle was appropriate with my forehead and eye muscles and where the angle landed on my brow bone. I made sure to tell her that I was planning on getting Botox as well which played into our follow up appointment. This part took some time and she patiently mapped out the thickness for the brows. Topical anesthetic was applied and after a short break we started the tattoo. The were constant rechecks to follow the pattern of the hair. We then tackled the other side and made sure the thickness of hair was mirrored. We completed the eyelash enhancer tattoos in a similar fashion all the while Ms Grove remained clean, patient, and professional. Minor touchups were again performed on the eyebrows during which time she made sure I was not in pain and applied more anesthetic. The result after the first session was spectacular. As per her warning, there was swelling which was managed with ice and frequent micellar water application (put some soaked cotton circles in the fridge) as per her recommendations. At the follow up, extra layers of hair were placed for a more natural look. All in all, I am elated with result of my brows and lashes and the professional I selected. Ms Grove is honest, clean, respectful and is a true artist. Her passion for this craft comes through in every way she approaches you as a client and I have recommended her to all my family and friends.

While I wish I could provide a 5-Star review, I cannot. I went to Amara at Center for Sight and…read moremet with Eleni. On the day of the procedure (Botox and filler), Dr. Fezza was also present. I liked the doctor very much - great personality and very knowledgeable. I also liked Eleni and felt that she was doing a good job, especially since I was nervous about getting filler. I received filler in my chin area, which turned out well; however, after the time for Botox and filler to set in, I was dissatisfied with the results along the jawline, and I saw no results from the Botox. At the initial appointment, I paid for services, but then received an additional bill in the mail. Upon questioning this, I was told that I was not charged correctly because additional a filler and Botox injection were used. I met with Eleni again at the follow up. I let her know that I thought she did a very good job with the chin filler, but that I was not happy with the rest of the results, and the fact that I received an additional bill. She injected more Botox (for which I was again charged). After that, I spent 4+ weeks trying to resolve the additional bill (numerous calls to John, Manager in Billing, emails sent by John to Alana, Office Manager, emails sent from the front desk to a regional manager, a call from Alana, and now a letter advising me that I am fired as a patient). Prior to the letter, I met with Dr. Fezza on two occasions. Again, I liked him very much and probably would have felt confident with him as a doctor. We had scheduled to do a different pattern of Botox in January (to attempt to raise brows and remedy eyelid drooping since the last Botox) and also to improve the filler since the original filler did not do much for the jawline. After spending between $2000-$3000 and having to argue over an additional $600 bill, I received a letter today that I am no longer a patient. Dr. Fezza is supposedly a very good doctor, but I am surprised that he would simply not remedy the situation, complete the filler (done correctly), and not be concerned with an additional $600 bill that I felt should not be my responsibility (since I was not charged correctly at the initial visit), especially knowing that I would be spending another $4000 in January for the plan that we discussed to include the corrective Botox and jawline filler. Sadly, it seems that patients are numbers here. I guess I will be driving back across the Alley from now on to see my previous doctor in Ft. Lauderdale. I am sorry to have to leave this review. I prefer leaving good reviews, but after receiving a letter that I am now fired as a patient because I was not thrilled with the results and because I was charged for their error, I feel that others should know of my experience here.

His staff treats you well while you are deciding/paying (and all $ is collected in advance). They say, "he is your surgeon for life" and that all aftercare is included. Well it is NOT. If you have pain, problems post-surgery (a few months after) they tell you (me), all we can offer is to inject botox at $600 per treatment. The work looks pretty good (there were 2 small flaws that he declined to fix telling me eventually it will all go away) (yes it will when I die!)... But in hindsight, I'd say he pulled the skin too tight, cut deeply into nerves that never regenerated. After the fact, people told me, there is a difference between a cosmetic surgeon and a plastic surgeon... well, I didn't do enough research in advance, and pain is now part of my life pretty much 100% of the time. Thanks Doc and staff.

He properly sets expectations and explains procedures and after care. With my second experience Dr Fezza was a real sight saver. While vacationing, I crashed my bike and fractured my eye socket. ER stitched me up and told me to see a surgeon right away to keep my eye from sinking into my sinus. No doctor would see me because I had no insurance at the time. Even though I was 600 miles away I called him and he told me he would do the best for me that he could and work out the cost. I was scheduled right away and the surgery was a great success. I got the needed follow up visits. He is an exceptional plastic surgeon and ophthalmologist with a sincere and caring manner.
