I went for my first appointment, to get started, and the doctor was not empathetic, and refused to prescribe anything for me. They could not review my chart because their internet was down. I was treated like an addict. The staff were all lovely, but I am very disappointed with the doctor. He ordered an MRI, which I'm waiting to have scheduled. I've never had withdrawals, but I'm terrified. He walked out whole I was talking to him. I am hoping this gets addressed quickly. I have used them for myself and my husband for therapy. The therapists are dedicated and excellent at their jobs but since the takeover things are going downhill. The new company has forced new systems that are less expensive and less effective. It is affecting patient care making it difficult, discouraging and inconsistent. I am considering changing companies but I don't know if I can find any better. This week I will be asking my doctor for advice as to how to proceed.

My grandmother had heart issues and had a previous stroke. The nurse we were assigned was such a wonderful person. At one point she even saved my grandmothers life. The therapist were amazing. Everyone was always on time, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Initially it was difficult for her to adjust and I think the Pines could do more to make the rooms a little more appealing for people that don't have any family to set up the rooms for them. Beyond that however, I thought the quality of care was good, and my friend settled in and noted how nice people were to her. She really appreciated that they did her hair and nails, and treated her with respect. Many facilities nowadays can be understaffed and staff over worked but I found everyone to be friendly. I was particularly impressed with the physical and occupational therapy folks who did an excellent job. The facility was always clean.
