The prices start low and can get pretty steep but worth it. Throughout the store the items sold are made by small businesses from around the globe. It's a relationship the offers the workers/owners a fair price for their goods. This is important for independence and in many cases survival. On each shelf or hanger there is a story. Most items come with information about the artist or business owner. The owner of this store enthusiastically touts information about all of the items. Her zeal, passion and friendliness is another reason to stop by. My purchase was a beautiful blouse made in Thailand and a small change dish made in Kenya. The prices were more than fair and I'm enjoying my purchase. The shopping experience gave me a feel good moment. Would I shop here again? For sure!

I have no issue with them not taking my stuff BUT DO NOT DISRESPECT MY ITEMS. This store has lost it's mind and if you sell here than so have you. I bought 2 pairs of jeans thinking they would fit. They didn't, I was told I could return them if they didn't. I returned to the store a couple days later with my receipt and the original price tags in hand. They told me because I cut off the little plastic thing that holds the tags on was cut off they would not give me credit or let me return the items. Really? The irony is that I've donated literally many hundreds of dollars worth of items to them in the past. Actually, well over a thousand dollars over many years. I'm not too happy.

But even before, when I lived in Pennsauken and Collingswood, I still made the effort to come here for all things running related. I'm a lifelong runner, and a lifelong Haddonfield Running Company customer. I've never had a bad experience. The shoe selection is incredible. The staff know everything about them and can watch you run and help you pick out shoes based on your gait, your running history and goals, your past purchases, etc. They'll sit and work with you one-on-one to find the perfect shoe for you. They have a ton of other gear as well, of course. Everything you need to help you run. The owner, Dave Welsh, is one of the most outgoing and friendly guys you'll ever meet. He is constantly giving back to the community by sponsoring and/or personally organizing local events both out in the surrounding area and in the Haddonfield store. The store often hosts guest speakers in the basement of the store, or will invite shoe companies to bring their shoes to the weekly Wednesday night group run and let people test run their shoes for the whole 6.6 mile course. The store also does sidewalk sales a few times a year where they drastically reduce prices on shoes and other items. I once got a pair of Nikes for $40. Doesn't matter if you're a newbie runner or a veteran, everyone is welcome here. Stop in for the quality products and advice, stay for the amazing community of runners you'll find here.

After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

She was pulling aggressively on the elastic waistbands over and over again, and looking at me for an emotional reaction. I kept poker face and told her "I'm actually in a rush to get to work, so could you please stop that so I can pay?" It's sad to come across such a selfish, rude and childish person at a shopping venue. She is roughly my age (60) and acted like a jealous 13 yr old. I was hoping to come back to shop there again, but it is unfortunately, very unlikely I will go back there.
