What I didn't know was that the process was permanent. Then as I grew older and my brows became sparce, I had little more than thin brows. Very thin. I saw a FB ad for Marta on the Island in Venice. I made the appointment and couldn't be more pleased. Plus the service comes up with a free touch up which I had done 6 weeks later. Marta made sure I was informed about the steps for healing: ° at first they were too dark. I had Groucho Marx brows. ° then they seemed to nearly disappear. Yes, I knew this was coming, but I still panicked. ° finally they came back and look good. After 10-15years of pencil thin brows, I now have fuller attractive brows. Marta does use numbing cream 20 minutes before and will ad more if there are any spots that are still sensitive. Marta's treatment area is clean and comfortable. I recommended Marta to many of my friends.

Amy answers her phone while working on you, speaks in Chinese to her daughter continually and I hate wearing a hair net. Procedure painful. Sparingly uses calming cream.

Traditionally have been a wax customer but I've converted to threading ever since being recommended this place. I'm extremely picky with my eyebrows as I like thick full shaped eyebrows. However I will say I'm very vocal before starting and tell them always please done shorten my brows just clean and shape I like them thick and that always helps. I did have one time I didn't like it but I'll only ask if Rose is there to get them done because she's great and keeping them full. Just make sure to tell them what you expect before hand.
