When I spoke to Lee, I immediately felt I was in better hands. I went to their showroom that afternoon to look at material choices and was very pleased. Lee wrote up an estimate that day and I signed on! They are a very nice company to work with - responsive, respectful, and conscientious workers. I absolutely love my new kitchen. The last straw was Kate at sawyer mill Dover who sent me email about a unit which I answered within 20 mins I would come next morn to view it and she said I couldn't come until after 1:00 pm that she was off in morn but then she rented it to someone else that morn. I was driving to NH and got the call from her in the car that it rented after taking half a sick day so it cost me hundreds of dollars. So they are obviously playing favorites and u can't complain or they won't let u know about upcoming available units. Kate let me see one overpriced unit last summer that nobody wanted.
