Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job.
