Funny enough, the only time they suddenly appear is after you email to cancel. Need someone to come out because you actually have bugs? You can't call your local technician--you have to go through a call center just to schedule a spray. And if your neighborhood has No Soliciting signs, don't expect that to stop their salespeople from knocking on your door anyway. When the resident asked for his permit, he launched into an explanation that he has been doing this for 5 years and he didn't need one. The full video was shared with Town Zoning who stated he was entirely incorrect and advised us to call Summerville Police to respond next time.
