Corey was wonderfully helpful and thorough, with "great attention to detail and conscientious of a Pet in the home", as reported by the Tenants. He also took care of several extra things around the house including removing a wasps nest and taking care of an ant bed. Carolina Exterminating is fantastic. We had a problem with German Roaches for over 6 months. We used another local company and despite months of visits they were never able to locate the nest, let alone resolve the issue. Aurelio spent over an hour investigating the clues and was able to locate the nest! From there he did the appropriate treatment to get rid of them. Who expects to get same day service from a pest control company? Perhaps, it was a SLOW day for Carolina Exterminating, though I don't think so. A 9 am call resulted in a same-day Noon appointment, and I largely attribute that service call fulfillment to the employee, Heather, who answered the phone. After sharing my relatable issue with Heather and discussing the terms of my contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that someone was able to fit me in his schedule. YAY! The cost for my initial service and the recurring frequency I chose were on par with what I paid my former exterminator. Absolutely phenomenal! This company has fantastic rates and never seen as thorough an exterminator as Todd is! He is friendly, professional and really knows his pests and rodents! Todd instantly knew the hotspots for my Palmetto Bug problem and upon inspection, found the small nests behind the dishwasher and refrigerator in the kitchen. Was able to surgically destroy and remove the two nests and dowse the areas with the professional grade poison. Todd is very pet friendly and knows exactly how to ensure your pets are safeguarded from the chemicals to kill the insects. The product is not poisonous to pets, but has a possibility of irritating them. Todd thoroughly explained all precautions to take and my beloved doggies have been totally fine. Follow his guidance! Todd also sprayed the ENTIRE house inside and ALL areas were taken care of. Even areas that you may feel don't need any treatment, Todd will tell you it's their business ethic to spray ALL AREAS. After the inside was done, Todd sprayed the entire perimeter of my property, not just my physical dwelling, with the eradication product to include all exterior windows and meshed patio areas. This service also included eradication and removal of flying rodent nests as in wasps that were nesting. Todd will be back later this week to add granules of the product as rain is coming this week. The service and professionalism is far beyond what I expected for the price! DO NOT HESITATE to contact Todd at Carolina Exterminators to take care of any rodent or insect issue you may have. Record everything they say. Told us they had bond on property while doing cl100. Told us to cover up termite damage that we found in the middle of our service agreement. Dropped us for a crack that that is irrelevant and been there the whole time. It is very disappointing that a company can know all the wrong they have done, and do nothing.
