Two weeks later, they called to push the service back. Then, before they could come, a hurricane hit in Florida so all of their staff went down to Florida. When they returned, I was put on the schedule for the end of October. The end of October came and went without a word. Eventually, they stopped picking up my phone calls (literally just wouldn't answer), and I know this because my wife was able to get through with a different phone number. They eventually stopped picking up her number as well. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. I haven't dealt with customer service (if you can call it that) this poor in quite some time.

However they also do offer snow plow services and that is the only interaction I had with this company that being said it was a phenomenal one. There are multiple bullet points that I would like to make positive reference of with this experience all of which I believe unfortunately are in short supply in this day in age. 1 it appears to be an the owner operated company and the owner is Hands-On which is respectable 2 they answered the phone on the weekend and it was not a voicemail or call center it was a human being 3 they were honest in saying they they could fit me in as soon as possible and showed up to the job promptly and on time which is a frequent issue with snow plow companies. 4 they were extremely fair priced for a large area of snow. It was done quickly and when they were done plowing the individual even asked does this meet your satisfaction. That alone is a high point in my book. 5 his snowplow was in good condition with the driveway having been recently redone the owner was worried about damage but his equipment was in good condition and had the screw in guides on the bottom of the blade which most plows do not which insured zero damage to the property. After the job was done I also learned from him that he is actually the owner and works on the weekends. This owner showed great pride in his workmanship and Company. Most owners don't work on the weekends this day in age. I will definitely utilize him on more job sites and refer him whenever possible. I am curious to see if the same professionalism and workmanship carries over to the sealcoating side of the business. I would say at least give them a shot you can't go wrong with the fair and economical pricing.

They eventually came out and did a deal coat, which didn't fix anything. For over 2 years now they keep saying they will come out to fix, but they never have. Here are a few other things to consider: 1. The son kept saying that I should work with him because he will make it right. He has been telling me for 2 years that he would come, but he's been "too busy" to come out. 2. When they seal coated the driveway as a way to try and fix it, they splattered tar all over the side of the house and garage door. He said he would fix it but, as expected, he never did. 3. The company will respond to your reviews with "please call us to fix it", but they never will. 4. The son will text you after you post a negative review and he will actually make it sound like he's doing you a favor. Last text I got from him said "I'll fix it just to get you out of my hair". Still didn't fix it. 5. They lie about the work they do. They were supposed to remove the old base layer, and lay down a new layer of gravel. I literally watched them and he never did it. He even told me that the gravel below was in great shape and it wasn't needed. Clearly when you look at the pictures you will see that this looks like a 20 year old driveway, but it's less than 3 years old. At this point, I can't trust you to do the work and honor your warranty. If you are serious about your customers, you can pay another company to fix it and do it right.
