Creeping ficus is a notoriously hardy plant that practically grows like a weed--yet one died immediately and another is already on its way out. They are clearly selling weak, low-quality stock. When I called to request a simple replacement or refund for the dead ones, they flat-out refused. They told me they only guarantee their plants if you pay them even more money to handle the installation. What a complete joke and an absolute rip-off. It is garbage customer service to hold a basic product warranty hostage behind an expensive installation service fee. Save your hard-earned money and go to a nursery that actually stands behind what they sell. I will never step foot on this property again.
