Both seemed good, but the reviews on Smilin' Curbs were way better as was the communication back-n-forth. Ultimately, it was the great reviews that swayed me to Smilin' Curbs...and now I'm an equally happy customer. The project looks amazing, the workers worked their butts off and showed up on time/every day, the cleanup was very well done as if workers hadn't even been in my yard hauling 13 buckets/yards of jumbo black slate, laying weed cloth to ensure I never get weed/grass growing through, setting concrete cleanly, made some professional suggestions that I liked (burying downspouts, joining landscape sections, powerwashing/sealing, etc.). I would put my name on the line with my neighbors and friends recommending Smilin' Curbs (and I don't do that lightly). I'd give 6-stars if it were an option.
