This situation made the gym feel uncomfortable and no longer like the safe space it once was for me and my family. What has been most disappointing is how everything was handled. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and ultimately I was the one who had to leave and cancel my membership after many years. I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. Every hour they also clear the kids for 10 minutes so adults can have the pool to themselves for a bit. There are also several chairs around the pool but those were mostly taken so we just laid out our towels on the grass. The pool is kind of busy and there weren't enough chairs for everybody, but other than that, the pool is very clean and the lifeguards were present and attentive. Attentive. There is a walk-in pool that goes up to 3 and 1/2 ft, with a water slide. Larger pool that goes from 5 to 9 ft with a second water slide and a diving board. The only annoying thing was that the pool with the slide and diving board alternates every hour, so you can only swim in it every other hour. On the other hours, the diving board and slider open but you're not allowed in the pool to swim. It does kind of cut down the amount of time that an adult could actively swim if that's your thing. However, if you're going with kids, this is a great place. The pool and the surrounding area is well maintained and there's a lot to do for children.

Price was fair considering the rising prices of lumber, etc. due to the pandemic. Covid-19 delays definitely affected some of the workflow on our project. We were told it would take a week to complete, and it did in the end, but there was a large gap that wasn't communicated well to us. They took our deck down, and after three weeks with no one showing up I called their office and asked what was going on. They were much better about clear communication after that and finished our deck promptly. So, the week-long project took a month, which is the only reason a star is off. Otherwise, they are great to work with!
