How can my front porch not be nekkid to passers-by as I write this review? We called these folks to come take a look to see if they could save our tree. Alas, we had a borer problem. Super customer service (not in the nagging, we're going to try to upsell you on every single issue but want to help you save your tree, kind of way). Comes in to check in on our tree. For a slight cost ($150/year x3 years) they come out, check in, give us advice for maintaining our tree and stick in the tree-saving lollipops. OK...so is $150 a year a bit much? Mayhaps. But we really do LOVE our Linden.

We agreed, but when they came back, they said they would have to increase the price. After some bickering back and forth, I agreed. They did most of the work, but refused to remove one damaged limb that was resting on my house because it was too high for the equipment they had with them. So, after they left, I got out my long extension ladder and raised it as high as it would go. I climbed it, climbed up into the tree and cut off and removed the limb myself. I'm in my 70's. I complained to the company in writing and to the Better Business Bureau but Omaha Tree chose to ignore my complaint with no response.

I wanted a dying tree that was leaning over my home cut and the stump ground down. I contacted this…read morecompany and they came out the first time and removed the tree breaking a fence coupling when they took down my fence to move in their equipment. I emailed Ross and told them of the damage, which they said they would replace. They took my fence down a second time to grind down the stump and damaged the fence in two places. I sent Ross pictures of the damage and was shocked with the response. I was informed Ross came by the property but didn't look at the side with the damage. He looked at a different side which had the bottom part of the fence pulled up slightly. I had no issues with that side he inspected which I explained in another email. I have not received a response regarding the damage they caused to my fence the second time. I shopped around for multiple quotes and Tree surgeon was one of the most expensive quotes. I went with them because a few of my co workers hired them and had good things to say. Paying a premium for their service I expected the company to repair the damage they caused. The tree removal was really good, there was not much debris after they were done. My advice would be to watch them while they work to document the damage they cause or choose another service if you cannot.
