I had to chase down his office EVERY TIME! When I needed something done, it NEVER was. For example: I paid off my car and called to get the lienholder removed. I was told "No problem". About 5 months later, I had to get my hatch window replaced. After looking at my policy, the lienholder WAS STILL THERE! If, God forbid, the car was totaled, the lienholder would have gotten a check and I would have been in a real jam trying to get that money back. Just a sample of the gross incompetence of this office. Each time I contacted his office, I was given groveling apologies and that Mike would call me personally. HE NEVER DID! I have seen a lot of "5 Star Reviews". How?? Surely I'm not the only one who has gone through this. I finally got around to transferring my policies to another agent. Good f---ing riddance.
