Got my taxes done with Belinda and she overcharged me. I was charged $1300+ to file my taxes and…read morewhen I finally got my documents to sign, I saw the amount and didn't want to proceed. She told me she had already filed it days prior (without my signature OR consent) so I felt forced to sign. When I finally logged into my ID.me account to check the progress, I noticed she didn't actually file until I signed the documents. She cornered me into signing by lying to me. Last year she also did mine but I didn't know how much I was charged bc I never signed anything at all or saw any documents. Don't recommend unless you want to be scammed.
