My insurance is about to be cancelled all because of his lies. I would not use this agency they lie. This is unethical. We had to demand that his lackeys stopped calling us for financial services, stop sending us paper work on State Farm credit card information, stop calling and telling us we needed to come in and have a meeting (which is just a sales pitch for his financial services) and at this time we are researching other Insurance companies in our area. I remember going in a while ago because something was odd on our statement. The office seemed out of sorts and I was extremely frustrated and Pat strolled by me and with a smug look asked me if the problem had to do with my premium increasing? As if he had waves of people flooding his office for the same reason. I also had an instance with a possible claim and spoke directly with Pat about it and instead of doing the miniscule amount of research to find out if it actually was possible to claim on this particular problem he automatically forwarded my call to the claims department. I had to go through the whole ordeal of filing, talking to claims people, waiting for weeks, calling back, etc. just to be told I wasn't covered. It would have taken Pat 2 minutes to look it up. We are unsatisfied with our service. I truly miss Dolores Webb and am sorry she decided to retire. The community lost an amazing insurance agent and a great public servant.

Well, I finally got to see the inside and let me tell you. First of all, from my location the entrance can me tricky. You have to loop all the way around then make a right into the parking lot. There looks like another entrance but, you can't cut across because, you will be going against traffic and there's a cop that always sitting and watching at the Goodwill Parking Lot. This office is as nice as I thought it was. I was greeted right away by a girl named Cam. I think. She was very informative, helpful and understanding. She said, they have free popcorn on Fridays for Customers. The l Lobby is more like a modern Living room. The walls are painted Red. The Receptionist Desk is a bright White brick along with the wall behind it. They also have a mini fridge for their Employees. Restrooms are clean and decorated modern. I was not able to get what I needed accomplished but, maybe I'll get taken care of today because, like a good neighbor State Farm is there. Lol.
