Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that the care and environment were nothing like what was presented during our initial visit. During the five weeks my girls attended, the center was consistently chaotic and dirty. There was little to no structure, and children ran wild with minimal supervision while staff stood around chatting. My 1 yr old spent her days in an overcrowded infant room with little space to play. On one occasion, I even witnessed a teacher openly berating another staff member in front of the children. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. And now here we are, months after withdrawing my children, I am still receiving bills, now totaling over $5,000, for care that never occurred. These invoices are for dates long after my children stopped attending. Despite reaching out multiple times, the daycare has refused to take responsibility or fix the problem. They've repeatedly blamed their billing system, yet when I contacted the company directly, I was told the issue is entirely on the daycare's end. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge other parents to think twice before trusting this center with their children or their money.

I was having hard feelings about going back to work, but staying at home was not a feasible option. From the moment we toured Goddard, we knew we had found the right people to entrust with our girl. All of the directors and teachers know every kid's name, and there is genuine joy from the staff every time a child walks through the front door. They send us daily updates on how my daughter is doing, what she did throughout the day (AMAZING and DYNAMIC curriculum!) what she ate, and even when she went to the bathroom (as a parent, you need to know!) from day one my husband and I have always felt that our daughter was safe and incredibly well loved and cared for by the teachers and directors. The staff are responsive to any calls/texts/emails right away, and are genuinely interested in not only the child, but the family. Our twins started when they were three, and we recently enrolled our youngest as well. The teachers are kind, responsive, and truly willing to partner with families. Over the past year, we've needed a few different schedule changes, and Nicole and Aubrey have always been incredibly accommodating and supportive. Most importantly, our kids absolutely love it here. The one where you drop your kid off and they don't cry, they don't run after you and make you feel horrible for having a job. They have a clean face and a full belly when you show up for them. They have a clean diaper for the ride home. They have taken and sent multiple pics thru the day. They have a smile on their face when you pick them up, not running crying to you. They have low ratio supervision. The school that you (literally) have never heard a child crying, and i have been there all hours of the day. The school where the staff is dressed appropriately according to their position. Where there is always a genuine smile (or shoulder) for you. The one where actual projects, sand play, water play, art every day are done and the rooms are not destroyed. In February, that's just what we did. I won't mention the school for privacy reasons but anyone who knows they have changed schools knows i have been raving about them. All our younger kiddos go there currently. All I'm saying is, it makes a huge difference where your children feel comfortable enough to run off from you instead of after you. Covid changed a lot the past year, but they were accommodating in staying open for essential workers. They practiced covid measures as well. I definitely missed out on getting to volunteer, do any field trips, holidays, themed days which isn't their fault, but i was excited to do so as a first time mom. we're sad to leave, but we are confident enough for her to start the next grade.
