His…read morebreadth of knowledge within the holistic healing world is INCREDIBLY expansive in nature, and fortunately for those he's healing, there is no guru/egoic-lead aura about him; he just knows his stuff and is humbled by it and has a strong desire to help and heal. There is a radiant light to him as an individual, so when I found out that he provides healing services as well, I was certainly on board. Little did I know what I would be in for- SO MUCH HEALING. His space is a welcoming environment that brings about an air of harmonious zen and it's kind of like a cool breeze, welcoming and refreshing. Clean, organized, lovely. (This to me, was just a bonus, but I know an important part for some.) We had broken out my healing session into two sessions. He was able to provide a calming herbal concoction, which was a feeling I could liken to a sigh of relief and releasing of tension. We started our session off with theta wave binaural beats, as well as a flashing light session (I'll learn the name of what it was eventually). He was patient in explaining what theta waves are within the brain, answered the questions I had (which are always a lot) and just KNOWS. A. TON. I cannot stress enough how much of a priority that is when I'm energetically opening myself up to a healer - it's nice to know that whichever healer I'm working with knows their stuff and not only was he knowledgeable but also never made me feel like what I was asking was a silly/commonsense question. It was a comforting conversation. The second part of the first session included Reiki and sound healing. Beforehand, he had asked if there were any particular physical ailments or anything bothering me in my mental or emotional bodies, which I didn't think were even there. Once our Reiki/sound session had concluded, he discussed with me the various things he had noticed about my chakras/overall energetic health, and then further investigated my current personal practices as to why it may be expressing as a heavy (yet open) heart chakra, and we navigated to a solution to prevent me from repeating that pattern. The session that followed leaned more towards the hynpotherapy aspect of his healing modalities, as well as integrated NLP with theta wave light and sound therapies. I spoke about different problems I'm sorting through and he addressed it through neurolinguistic programming approach. Shortly after that, he brought in hypnotherapy that worked in harmony with sound and light therapies. I honestly felt like I floated out on a cloud once our sessions had concluded. I was blown away by how lighter/brighter/more aligned I felt after the fact. To give you an idea, we worked through some trauma I had held for far too long, ADHD symptoms, fear, confidence, and just overall health. Friends who I have yet to meet, I cannot recommend his services highly enough. I know this was essentially a small novel that you never asked for, so I guess the TLDR; version would be: book a session, feel lighter, accomplish your goals, and feel the heal.
