Our experience started with Joe's great communication skills and progressed through a job I was easily able to manage remotely (we live in Raleigh). He provided pictures and advise along the way and timed the project out to accommodate us between renters. We paid a bit more for him to travel, but it was worth it! Marvin is a true artist, he loves wood and works magic with a sander. He's reliable, a rare character trait in a tradesmen but he actually arrives when he is scheduled and finishes when scheduled.
