I then moved the cone and parked there as I work in downtown and rather not pay for parking as I park down here everyday. You are not supposed to save parking spaces with cones!!! The owner was completely in the wrong but still preceded to argue with me about it decided to put her filthy hands on my car because her ego couldn't handle me moving the cone.
