I wanted to work directly with the people doing the work on this project and the team in Cartersville were pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I wrote, edited, and illustrated my book myself in Word and took it to the Cartersville staff on a memory stick. They took the project from there and produced the final product in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Multiple attempts to follow up--including asking to speak directly with the owner and leaving our contact information--have gone completely unanswered. Our son's graduation is right around the corner, so the jacket will now be of almost no use to him. We've also heard from several other families in the community experiencing the exact same delays and lack of communication. This is completely unacceptable for a local business that specializes in custom screen printing, embroidery, and school apparel.
