I told the GM I have been a loyal custimer spending $$$. Her response was "I don't care." Here us what happened. My computer died Friday so I wanted to get a battery for my other computer. i work from home so my livlihood depends on it. Staples charges $70 and takes a week. Amazon $20 and takes a day. The problem is I don't know the exact one to buy. A Staples guy yesterday wrote down numbers from the computer but there are still several choices and I don't want to order the wrong one. I went back to Staples to ask for help. All I wanted was for them to confirm on my phone that the battery was correct. "No." The reaaon was Amazon was a competitor. They told me I should be able to order it because I had the info. I told them I was 60 years old and didn't know one computer number from another. They became very disrespectful, telling me that I should just figure it out or order and hope for the best. Then, they were more disrespectful when I got upset at how they treated me. These young people are awful. I reported them to corporate.

Whether I am shopping, returning a Amazon package, or using the printing department.My family uses staples for their printing needs. This week I had to have some printing done for our 25th Pastoral Anniversary banquet. I took my program in on Monday to have it printed. On Tuesday after program was printed, changes had to be made. I returned on Wednesday to inform Staples a committee member wanted to make another. Staples printed our program a total of 4 different times. I was upset with my committee team member because these changes should have been made before taken to Staples. The store employees who assisted me were Chloe, Ness, and Dennis. This team of individuals went above and beyond their job duties and assisted me each time with the upmost courtesy. I sincerely appreciate them for their patience and all the assistance they gave. Staples is not only lucky but are blessed to have such positive and courteous representation. I look forward to many more years of business with Staples and I surely hope these individuals get the recognition they so well deserve Mr. & Mrs. Winfred W.

    I am filing this complaint against Pack It Up Moving & Storage regarding the loss of my personal…read moreproperty, poor service, property damage, and the company's failure to adequately resolve the issue. In September 2025, I hired Pack It Up Moving & Storage to move my belongings from Calhoun, Georgia. To help reduce costs and make the move more efficient, I personally packed many of my items in advance. Every box was clearly labeled on the outside according to its contents. When the movers loaded my belongings, the truck was completely full. In fact, some items could not fit on the truck, and the rear doors barely closed due to the amount of property being transported. The company then stored my belongings for approximately two months while I searched for a home to purchase. After purchasing a home in November 2025, I scheduled delivery of my belongings. The first scheduled delivery date was November 24, 2025. The company failed to show up and had to reschedule. Delivery was eventually rescheduled for November 26, 2025. When the movers arrived, I immediately noticed that the truck was not nearly as full as it had been when my belongings were originally loaded. As unloading began, I noticed that my e-bike was missing. When I questioned the movers, they claimed that I never had an e-bike. I then contacted the company's office, where I was told that my e-bike had been left near the loading ramp. This directly contradicted what the delivery crew had told me. I asked the movers for an inventory list so that I could verify that all of my boxes had been delivered. I was told that they did not have a list. As unloading continued, I began noticing additional missing items. I waited until all items had been removed from the truck before conducting a thorough review. The company also delivered a mattress that did not belong to me. I instructed the movers to take it back with them. In addition, my refrigerator was damaged during the move, and damage was caused to a wall in my home. I was forced to pay for repairs to both. After unpacking, I discovered numerous missing items, including but not limited to: Plastic Sealer Two Heat Press Machines Cricut Machine Reindeer Head Decoration Ring Doorbell Bissell Vacuum Drone Two Sets of Bar Tools Blink Indoor Camera Laser Measuring Device Exercise Bike Two Power Tools I estimate that at least ten boxes remain missing. The items listed above represent only some of the higher-value property that was never returned. I repeatedly contacted Pack It Up Moving & Storage regarding my missing belongings. Approximately six months later, the company located my exercise bike and two TV mounts. However, the majority of my missing property has never been recovered. The owner has offered only $400 in compensation despite the fact that the missing property is valued at well over $3,000. This estimate does not even include every missing item, as I intentionally focused on the higher-value property to simplify the claim. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's handling of this matter. My belongings were supposedly stored together in a secured vault, yet numerous items disappeared and only a small portion was recovered six months later. The company has shown little concern for the significant financial loss and inconvenience I have experienced. I have been forced to spend my own money replacing items that should never have gone missing. I am requesting that Pack It Up Moving & Storage provide fair compensation for the missing property and fully address the losses and damages caused during this move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to consumers who value the safety and security of their belongings.

They sent two movers to my property, used boxes and materials that cost $500 plus more than the services offered and threatened me to pay right now or will call the police on me. After speaking to Kyle agreed to bring down the cost and paid what I'm bale to. This is insane to have people like these in business. I will report them to Better Business Bureau for such business practices.
