In early December of 2023 I dropped off two epson printers for repair at Dawn Electronics with hopes of restoring the print heads and any other related print issues that they recommend I have repaired. Needless to say my experience with getting basic services was absolutely horrible. Over the course of three months I was given every excuse from we are on vacation to we had to order new print heads to can we not put your computer back together because it's not going to work but we would like to keep it. I recommend epson to remove this place from their list of repair shops. They are clearly only use to doing business with a certain type of people that I'm not a part of. It was extremely disappointing to receive the type of service that I did. The lack of people inside the business and the communication within the operation should have been an immediate red flag.....if your printers serviced I would stay far away from this place if your looking for common decency customer service. I would have given them no stars if it was possible. They were very nasty to me. It's now almost March and I'm just now able to pick up my printers that are not repaired with a $400 bill. What a dump. Can't believe this place. Never again....RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

One word, integrity. They took in my medium format printer for repair and gave me a quote. As they were proceeding to repair "The Beast" they discovered multiple problems. Despite this, they stuck with their quote and my machine has been running fine for years. read more

We drove down from Clarkesville, GA to have Epson 1430 worked on (ink carriage was slamming against side-yikes!), and Dawn Electronics had it fixed within the time estimated and within a reasonable price. It was well worth it! They were extremely friendly and helpful- even when the flu hit the office. ;) Deanna is personable and reliable. I drove all the way from Duluth to Kennesaw to have my Epson Workforce 610 All-in-One serviced by this company a couple of years ago, and it was well worth it. They fixed my clogged print heads within the time and price promised. And a VERY reasonable price, I must admit, which made it worth the trip. I was back in business! As a Realtor, I cannot live without a printer, so of course I was excited NOT to have to trash it and buy a whole new printer. Now last week, print head clogged again due to a paper jam, and cartridge not sitting where it was supposed to all night. I emailed Deanna at Dawn Electronics, and to save me the long trip, she gave me some things to try, and VOILA! Back in business within 20 mins! I'm tremendously elated. It's the little things, right? Thanks, Deanna and Dawn and the team at Dawn Electronics! I wish all businesses were willing to make customers happy and not focused on just making a buck. Work was done on time and the charge was as quoted.when I called they were actually closed and the gentleman said he would wait for me so I could bring the printer in. How rare is that. Great job fixing my HP P2015 printer. They gave me a fair quote and fixed it for the price they quoted in less than a week. Also, the people who work there are very nice to work with. Worst company ever! Do not use them. I brought my printer in to have the belt changed and was given a quote for the work. I was told that they would call if the charges were going to exceed the quote. I never received a call and when I went to pick up the printer the cost was 50% higher than the quote. The woman who was working the day I picked it up said that there was nothing she could do about it. I have called to speak with a manager/owner no less than 10 times since then and have never received a call back. Wendy, the woman who answers the phone, refuses to put my call through to anyone but Woody, who she says is the only one who can help me. The problem is that according to Wendy, "Woody is out more than he is in due to circumstances" whatever that means. This company is small, mismanaged and very poorly run. Got a new printer and it was so much bigger had to move our EPSON Scanner V700 to the place the old printer was. We thought we handled the scanner very carefully. When we plugged it in again and turned it on, a terrible noise occurred and red flashed at the on switch. Called Epson main website, told the story and they had no idea and referred me to a service group, Dawn Electronics. DeAnn was so nice and listened as I told my story of what happened. She said it sounded like it was "Locked". We looked, and sure enough, during the move, we pushed the slide at the back far enough over to lock the scanner mechanism. Since my old printer just died, I figured my scanner did to. It was so refreshing to have someone listen to our problem and help us there and then!! If and when something serious happens to our scanner, they will be the ones I send it too. YOU MADE MY DAY AND THE SCANNER WORKS GREAT!!! read more
