Its understandable that it takes a while for it to be created since it was completely from scratch, but an update would've been appreciated. On these day of the event, there were not that many props to choose from, and that the machine froze and needed to be restarted, which caused delays. According to my guests, at one point the printer ran out of paper and the attendant was not prepared with more paper, so it delayed and deterred my guests from using the photobooth. Not sure if that was an isolated incident, but for to pay for a photobooth service, I would expect them to be prepared with at least more printer paper on hand. On a positive note, The template came out nice and exactly what I wanted. The attendant was on time to set up for my wedding. She was also helpful with operating the booth.

They were the most unprofessional people ever, they didn't follow up whatsoever, they weren't mean on the phone but they definitely don't have it together, they kept referring us to this "art department" that obviously couldn't deliver. We picked them because they were priced right and were close to us. The frustrating part of the whole ordeal was every time we called, they kept referring us to an "art department" that was obviously some person that just wasn't awake yet.

Our Bar Mitzvah at The Refuge was outstanding- high energy, entertaining and engaging. All songs that were requested by us were played. They compiled a very good montage and kept all the teenagers busy with games, that also incorporated the adults. It was hilarious! We also got a Photo Booth from them, games and a zap photographer, who took pics the whole time and displayed them on the screens. MC, DJ were great. This is the second time we've used them and I'm so happy we did. If we had more kids, we would use them again! So easy to work with, they are the best. Highly recommend.

He's just all around a great guy and was an absolute pleasure to work with! His wife was also instrumental in the planning of the day and was always checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was up to par and going as we wanted. Yaniv knew exactly what to play and when. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, which was our goal. When we worried about the "planning" of the wedding music/setup...etc, he asked us to trust that he knew what he was doing and he promised not to disappoint. That's just what we did, and it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of our lives! The guests could not agree more- everyone from my 80 year old grandmother to 7 year old children had to be escorted off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave because of the great time they were having!! This wasn't just any wedding- it was a "dance party!!!" My husband and I were worried about choosing a DJ because in our opinions, the music was one of the most important elements of the night. We had such a wide variety of guests to keep happy- not only our friends, but also many relatives from out of the country. When I was worried about choosing music for the ceremony and first dances, etc, Yaniv made so many unique music suggestions that I ended up going with....it really set our wedding apart from so many other cookie cutter weddings we had been to in the past. I was impressed by what we…read moresaw at a bridal show by their DJ partner company, e squared productions, along with them being preferred vendors of our venue, but they were a huge headache to work with. A few days before our wedding we were supposed to have Rob the owner, as our photographer but instead was sent Rocco. OK, no big deal, I was easy going. However Rocco had zero creativity. We had a fall wedding with a bridal party of 14 and all we got were the standard shots (girls lined up next to bride, guys lined up next to groom). ZERO creativity. Not only that, but he acted like we were bothering him by having him take shots. When my husband asked him to take bridal party pictures in the beautiful staircase of our venue, he actually acted irritated! That was the prettiest place in our venue for pictures, and WE had to ask him to go there. It was like he wanted to be anywhere but taking our wedding pictures. No fun personality, nothing that you would expect from a wedding photographer. After the wedding was when the aggrevation truly kicked in. We were promised that we'd have our thank you cards printed and sent to us by the new year (we had a November wedding). We received them in April, after having to follow up numerous times. For our video, album and prints, I had to constantly follow up with phone calls, texts and emails. Nothing was ever given to us on the date we were promised and I felt like I was always being worked by a car salesman at every interaction. When it came time to pick our prints, I was told I'd have to pay extra for parent albums even though when I was sold the package, parent albums were included. The quality of everything received was fine, nothing to brag about but decent quality. For the price we paid, we got a great deal as far as everything that was included. However I felt like there was a huge lack of professionalism and the client should never have to chase someone down to get what they paid for. I wouldn't have minded waiting for my album, video, etc. if I was just given accurate deadlines that they stuck to instead of constantly over promising and under delivering.
